Neal Ruton B.A. M.S.W. R.S.W

Neal has lectured and published internationally. He has served as an Executive Council Member of the Board of Directors - The World Federation of Therapeutic Communities, New York, N.Y., U.S.A. - an organization in consultative status with the United Nations.
He holds certification as a capacity assessor from the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, is recognized as an expert witness in Canada and internationally and has been conferred with the Queen Elizabeth Medal of the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada, by Govenor General Ray Hnatyshyn, for his contibutions to compatriots, community and Canada.
