Kirk Van-Beer
Kirk
is a Child and Youth Care Counsellor who lives and works in British
Columbia, Canada. His interest in Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) stems
from researching work for college and realising just how little
we really know about the subject. (Hence the reason he wrote the
article)
He is also amazed and fascinated about how intrenched some people
are in their beliefs around the subject.
