Clarence Williams

Clarence is a 10 year old student in Grade 5 at Public School 140 in Queens, New York.
His project "The Effect of Alcohol and Cigarette on the Embryo - The Embryo Just Can't Say No !" is an inspiration to all children and adults engaged in the discovery of the origins of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and Fetal Alcohol Effects.
