Anuppa
Caleekal is an educator and researcher who has contributed to the
field of alcohol education. Her interest in fetal alcohol education
(FAS) stemmed from her thesis in a 1981 pilot study at the University

education. This was one of the first studies and efforts in Canada
to introduce alcohol education within a post-secondary educational
setting. Her research articles have been published in Canadian and
International journals. Anuppa is also an illustrator and has studied
